KICKBOXING ALTRINCHAM

Nathan Hall Performance offers K-1–style kickboxing coaching delivered within a structured, development-focused environment. This programme is designed for children, teenagers and adults who want to build conditioning, confidence and physical capability for real world self defence that actually works through high-quality training without the chaos, ego, or politics often associated with martial arts. Nathan Hall Performance operates independently and is not affiliated with any governing body. This autonomy ensures that coaching is delivered independently, free from politics and bureaucracy, with a focus on quality that builds personal development, physical literacy, and long-term resilience.

My background in kickboxing sits alongside decades in combat sport, following a successful taekwondo career and transition into K-1–style competition in adulthood. That lived experience, combined with my professional training as a Specialist Physiotherapist and Conditioning Coach, informs a coaching approach that combines technical skill acquisition, physical preparation and live sparring.

Training focuses on efficient striking (punching & kicking) defensive awareness, distance management, conditioning, and composure under real world pressure. Sessions are structured, purposeful, and scaled to the individual whether the goal is skill development, fitness, confidence, or competition preparation. However, there is no pressure to perform beyond an individual’s readiness. Progress is guided by skill acquisition, physical preparedness, and confidence not bravado.

Coaching can be delivered one-to-one or in small groups, allowing for close skill development and appropriate contact management in a private setting. For those who wish to compete, training develops transferable skills that support performance and progression to the next level while remaining grounded in a solid basic skillset.

At Nathan Hall Performance I deliver a training method that builds strength, coordination, confidence, and mental resilience skills that prepares an individual for challenges beyond the dojo.
