We’re proud to share that NHP Athlete Spencer Hall has been crowned the British National Taekwondo Champion 2025, following a dominant performance that reflects the relentless commitment, discipline, and belief he has shown over the last 12 months. Behind the medals lies a deeper story of perseverance, family support, and the mindset that defines true athletes. As both coach and father, watching Spencer achieve this title is deeply personal. His journey embodies everything I try to install in the young athletes I work with such as consistency, humility, and a commitment to hard work.
